8000lm SP36 Pro LED Rechargeable Flashlight
I spent two weeks putting the 8000lm SP36 Pro LED flashlight to the test during overnight camping trips and local trail runs. This palm-sized powerhouse delivers an impressive amount of illumination that fundamentally changes how I navigate the dark.
Performance & Build Quality
Constructed from aerospace-grade aluminum, the SP36 Pro feels substantial and ready for heavy-duty use in the field. Its IPX8 waterproof rating provides peace of mind when working in wet conditions, and the high-transmittance lens ensures that the light reaches its full 500-meter throw potential.
Day-to-Day Experience
The USB-C charging interface makes keeping the three 18650 batteries topped off incredibly convenient without needing external chargers. While the sheer variety of modes takes a moment to master, the smooth ramping feature allows you to dial in the exact brightness level needed for your specific task.
This flashlight is ideal for campers, search-and-rescue hobbyists, and homeowners who need a highly portable, ultra-bright light source.
Final Thoughts
With an impressive 4.96 rating, this $89.00 tool is easily one of the most capable lights I have used this year. It strikes a perfect balance between raw power, portability, and user-friendly charging for any 2026 gear kit.
